Jenny Aiken

Jenny is an experienced founder, entrepreneur and non-executive director who is passionate about assisting researchers and entrepreneurs to commercialise their novel ideas. She is a previous Accelerating Commercialisation Grant recipient and also a participant in SBE Australia’s Tech Accelerator Program, giving her real empathy for founders and the many challenges faced on their entrepreneurial journey. Jenny has had a diverse commercial experience but her real insights lie within the health and medical sectors where she has primarily worked since graduating as a physiotherapist. As previous chair of a research foundation she has also worked closely with researchers and universities in this sector. Jenny’s has a proven ability to start, grow, pivot and exit businesses over many years and has formal training in strategy, risk and governance as a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
