Larry Weng

Larry has over 15 years of experience in IP commercialisation, starting from when he co-founded a company to commercialise his PhD research. Before joining i4 Connect, he was a Director of Commercialisation in Physical Sciences at UniQuest, the technology transfer company of The University of Queensland (UQ). In this role, he helped researchers market their research outcome as well as providing a bridge to assist businesses to gain access to UQ’s intellectual capital. Larry has knowledge in a range of technologies, including robotics, IoT, photonics and biomedical technologies. Larry is always keen to work with entrepreneurs with great ideas and enjoys helping them to advance in their commercialisation journey.
