Vanouhi Nazarian

Vanouhi has over 15 years of experience using data to recommend evidence-based strategies for performance improvement. She has worked across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors helping people and organisations. She is passionate about innovation and using technology and an entrepreneurial mindset to solve some of the big challenges of our time. She enjoys supporting entrepreneurs to understand their key business drivers and tease out value from projects they are working on. She is the Founder of Kindershare and was a Top 50 Small Business Leader in 2019. Vanouhi is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Post Grad Diploma in NFP and Social Enterprise Management. She also sits on the board of several social services and not for profits.
